When can I expect my order?

We strive to get all orders mailed out within 3-5 business days, though holiday processing timeframes may differ. Orders are mailed First Class via USPS and orders can take 3-5 business days once shipped to be delivered. International orders can take 10-15 business to be delivered once shipped. Shipping delays via USPS can occur, so please be aware that delivery time frames are estimates and not guaranteed.

How can I wash my houndie's Kylie and Me collar/leash/coat/jammies?

We recommending spot treating as needed with a cloth, cold water, and soap. When you're ready for a more heavy duty cleaning, you can throw it in the washing machine with like colors on cold. Lay flat to dry to avoid shrinking or fading. Please be aware colors will fade naturally over time with washing and UV exposure.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes, we do offer wholesale pricing. Order minimums do apply for wholesale orders. If you're interested in placing a wholesale order, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page so we can chat more about specifics.

Where are you located?

Kylie and I can be found in the wild hitting up Spark Cafe for ice cream, taking a lap around the lake at Lake Atalanta Park, and spectating pickleball at Osage Park. All that to say, we call Northwest Arkansas home.

How long have you been sewing?

I started sewing when I adopted my dog, Kylie, in 2017. If you know me, you know that everything I do has to be cute. That includes dog ownership. Because greyhounds are weird shaped dogs with low body fat, Kylie required a martingale collar and a winter coat that fit her, but her collar and coat also needed to match her style and personality, so I found a sewing machine and just jumped in! From there, I've fine-tuned my collar making skills, created patterns to make houndie clothing, and developed an eye for print coordinating.

Can you tell me more about Kylie?

Always--she's my favorite topic! Kylie (formerly Rico's KylePetty) raced in West Virginia and retired in April 2017 when she was 3 years old. I adopted her in May and we've been best friends since. Her initial sass was very apparent and we fostered a few of her friends to help rid her of a bit of her diva attitude. Over the course of fostering, we fell more in love with her houndie friends, particularly the red ones (Kylie may have specifically requested only red males to come stay with her. She has a type.)

In July 2018 Kylie broke all four of her metatarsals on her back left foot while running to come inside. She was initially put in a cast, but her recovery took an unexpected turn and her leg had to be amputated the following week on August 7, 2018 (which we have termed her Ampuversary and celebrate every year). Since then, she's taken the world by storm and milked the "pity pets"  and extra attention. Kylie's taught me the power of taking life in stride, embracing what you have and who you are, and loving every moment. Life wouldn't be the same without her.
